the processing associated with entering your personal data in the ACE portal. The general data protection declaration
(https://www.nexentire.com/uk/policy/privacy.php) of NEXEN TIRE EUROPE S.R.O. applies beyond the following description.
Scope of data processing
The following data is collected with the form and the portal and processed for the specified purposes and legal bases:
- • First Name*, Family Name*
- • E-Mail-Adress*
- • Company name
- • Address*
- • Status and progress data as part of certification and training on the portal
Required data fields are marked with a *. In addition, the following data is automatically recorded:
- • Confirmation of the terms and conditions and your declaration of consent
- • Date and time the form was sent
Purposes of data processing
The NexenACE portal is used for the training and certification of tire dealers, for the purpose of which the learning progress
and completion of educational offers must be recorded.
Data receiver
The data collected with the form will not be passed on to any third parties (i.e. external persons or bodies).
Data retention period
Your personal data, which is processed as described above, is generally deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes
for which they were collected, or until you revoke your consent, unless there is another legal basis for the processing (Art. 17 subpara.
1 lit. b GDPR).
Legal basis and possibility of revocation
for this data processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 subpara. 1 sent. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can re- voke
your consent at any time with future effect. These rights are described in the general data protection declaration
